On December 30th. 2011, during a routine check of Santos (ex Eastern Star Gas) sites throughout the upper parts of the Eastern side of the Pilliga State Forest. An area of very recent tree kill was noticed adjacent to the Bibblewindi Gas Gathering and Coal Seam Water Treatment Complex.

New Owners – New Ideas

     At the 20th April Narrabri Council adopted resolution 209/2010 ; Resolved by the motion by Councillor Bates/Sevil that Council request Eastern Star Gas to form a Community Consultation Committee to foster information within the community.

    It is now August 14th 2010 and still nothing concrete has been done to develop this important link with the Community [...]

            There seems to be a shift in the NSW Department of Planning, they now publish Political Donations when a Part3A application is put i( see ERM Power Pty. Ltd). Sore wonders if this is not a requirement for all facets of Mining both Gas and Mineral. We might then see who actually benefits from [...]
